Created a Slack bot that acts as Mike's second brain for product management: follows him across threads, creates Linear tickets, generates PRDs, manages to-dos, sends him morning/evening/weekly summaries, and integrates with Notion and GitHub.

Went from non-technical to creating his own Swift app, a personal operating system with Claude Code, automating his taxes, and more.

Prototyped an AI executive coach Slack bot. This became a foundation for his new company, Kindred — a Slack-based AI agent that integrates with 1:1s, competencies, and more to help employees and managers write higher quality performance reviews.
